★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience with them. They are very hard to reach, the person taking care of the file seems to be out of town very often. They did not find a solution to our problem and did not want to discuss with us over the phone. Eventually, after waiting 4 months, we paid a new agency and got our license approved after a month and a half, we asked NHP Licensing for our money back and got no answer back. Wasted our time and money- would not recommend.
