Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to look up information for me.

I dread going to Wilson Registries. Extremely frustrating place to go. Some employees are extremely short/rude with you. They don't tell you all the things required, so then your required to make numerous trips back.

I went in to get a driver's abstract for a family member out of province, had a few issues on our end. They were very helpful and accommodating. I had to go back in the next day for an unrelated reason and had a second great experience their. Keep it up guys.

Drove all the way from Edmonton to do my driver's test as it was the earliest test I could take closest to home. The examiner told me I couldn't take my test as my centre mount break light wasn't working. But everything else was fine. My mom explained him how we drove all the way from Edmonton and we just had our car serviced the day before and he was very rude about it. He said he couldn't believe we drove all the way to Lloyd without getting caught by the police as it's illegal to be driving with a non working centre mount break light. He didn't understand why my mom was so frustrated. He said that I couldn't do my test and I would have to reschedule and pay again. He suggested that we go to a dealership close by to see if they would replace the bulb for us but also said he doubted someone would be able to fix it in time. He tells us this at 11:33am and my test was at 11:45am. He said if we were late coming back we would still have to reschedule. He was extremely rude and showed no compassion or care. I was able to take my test as the Honda dealership down the road were so nice and accommodating and replaced the bulb for us and we got back to the registry at 11:44am. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! All the agents working inside the registry were so friendly and nice but the examiner was a total jerk.

Always quick and easy when I go there.

Great staff, employee Marilyn stayed after closing for us to return from the car dealership to get registration transferred as we drove from another City Friday, Jan.7/2022. She completed an amazing Good Deed for 2022 already. Tks so much for great employees at WH Wilson.

I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews. We needed to come here from out of town, and I was a bit worried. We called first and were only briefly put on hold. When we arrived, the wait was minimal and the service was polite and professional.

I always hope to get Marilyn when I go. What a great person, always nice, always quick, and very good at her job! Thank you for your help, your customer service is wonderful!!
