Rating may not be indicative of their normal service level, I was only there once, but I was disappointed with the lack of follow up to an order. They may have addressed the issue - I will gladly return to see.

I went in with an obvious software porblem and could have spent hundreds in repairs with AGS taking days to fix. Instead they offered me a DIY quick fix and charged me nothing. Problem solved, Thanks! Next time I have a real hard problem I know where I'm taking my computer!

Wanted to buy a new toner for a printer bought at the Parksville AGS store. Brought back the old toner to return and purchase a new one. Rep on duty could not identify the toner required using the old toner cartridge?? They also had no record of our purchase only 2 years ago, due to a new accounting system according to the rep on duty. Left with no toner. Will go to another store and hope they are more competent. Incredibly baffled. And wasted trip. Would not recommend.
