I walked into Nexgen for the first time with a hearing aid that didn’t work at all and another that barely worked. My hearing loss was affecting all aspects of my life. Mani walked me through the process and provided me with a loaner pair. I was blown away! I am forever grateful. I can hear sounds I’ve never heard before. Did you know your hair makes noise when it moves? ? I can hear a casserole sizzling when it comes out of the oven, birds, turn signals in my vehicle...the list goes on. Thank you Mani for adding quality to my life!! I highly recommend Nexgen!!

He basically told me that most people in my position wait a few more years before getting hearing aids, and outlined what the advantages are of getting them early. They offered me a 90 day trial with a 21 day with no money down.

Can't remember ? with covid things are different everywhere. Masks hide the friendly smiles, but just know at NexGen it's there. Service is important to me just as much as knowledge and product availability. And I'm very pleased in them. And if you have any issue you can talk about it to them they listen and resolve it treating you right ?

He was not pushy at all as I felt his first concern was my satisfaction. Service is critically important in this industry and he certainly fulfills this criteria. If there is anyone out there who is delaying getting a hearing test and subsequent hearing aids, my suggestion to you is to try this place and I'm sure you will be satisfied. We are fortunate to have such a highly skilled audiologist in Abbotsford and I recommend Mani highly.

I was disappointed with the level of service as I was swayed away from a large competitor to them . At first the service was great until you needed something and then it was an uncourteous reception with the previous receptionist as well as the hearing technician. I will definitely keep using them as my hearing won't get better

She came back with supplies and told me she had pro cleaned the aids as well. Awesome. I recommend this location. Professional and happy is something we all need these days. Thank you Angela
