★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good service at the beginning, but recently I wasn't impress with the way it went. Not very satisfied with the person servicing my hearing aid. Hope it gets better since they are guaranteed for 3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a waste of my time. They advertised that they want a certain number of people for testing new hearing aid device. I was told at my appointment (I travelled from another city) that after two weeks if I still want to keep the hearing-aids, I will be billed for them. Basically, they didn't want me because, I couldn't afford to pay for it. I call this a scam. It is not for testing of the device; it is just a selling SCAM. I would never recommend this company.
