Let Me assure you His Receptionist is one of the most caring and efficient You will ever have the pleasure of interacting with - Dr Mamut is friendly, precise in His determination of a course of treatment and a Matter of Fact Doctor - Just what I like ! My Opinion - an Awesome Team - Thanks to both of You ! Cheers

I literally just called this office to possibly change my appointment date and update my contact details and I have never dealt with such an awful receptionist in my life. I am not sure what her name is but she had a heavy accent, I truly hope the doctor sees this review. I have not yet gone in to see him and I am sure he’s a great doctor, but what an awful phone experience. I had your receptionist not only arguing with me over NOTHING, but she was shouting at me over the phone. What an awful, awful person to have represent your business. First impressions of businesses begin with the first person you speak to over the phone, I am not sure she was aware of this. I have so many awful words to say about this woman and her words and tone and attitude towards me but I will just leave it at what I’ve already said. I truly felt like I was dealing with a child who didn’t get their way and was throwing a tantrum at me. I am sure this doctor is better than this and can most definitely hire better staff to represent his business. Really hope this woman’s day gets better...

I have been seen by Dr. Mamut several times and each and every single time that I have called to either cancel or reschedule my appointments Kim has been nothing but polite and very accommodating to my schedule. Without going into too much detail let me just also say that Kim went above and beyond what I expected someone in her position to do in regards to a personal matter with my dad. The care and attention that not only Kim but also Dr. Mamut gave my dad was far beyond from what you would expect from a doctors' office. I am sadden and angry that people would come on these kind of websites and put someone on blast the way that they have without knowing what the re-precautions of saying things like these are. So with that being said, I would like to publicly acknowledge Dr. Mamut and Kim for the lovely care that they give each and everyone of their patients, even if not everyone who is happy has the time to write up a review. Please remember that for every one negative person with nothing better to do with their time and that doesn't appreciate your hard work, there are 100 more like myself and my family that do!
L	Lainey Sowik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DR. MAMUT was extremely kind and spent a lengthy time at my bedside explaining the procedure I was going to have. He made me feel at ease and truly cared for. He answered all my questions. In the OR he once again calmed me and explained what he was going to do. He was respectful and kind to his staff. After my procedure he once again spoke to me and wished me well. Dr.Mamut overmet my expectations and I feel blessed that I had him in my time of need.

I left countless messages none of which they got back to. I was in the hospital because of the pain I was in and they faxed his office to try and get his attention and they ignored it. When I finally got a hold of them after 2 years they gave me a phone appointment and he never called. I have never dealt with a doctors office so unprofessional and incompetent, and how they could abandon a patient is beyond me.

The medical office assistant was polite, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She dealt with all my questions and concerns and always put me at ease. I was quickly booked for tests and was provided with information that was needed. I had the opportunity to watch her interact with a patient that was going for surgery again she was professional and very empathetic My experience with Dro Mamut has been excellent. He is extremely kind and very thorough. He explained treatment options and quickly made me feel at ease. I feel extremely happy that Dr. Mamut and staff are involved with my care.i feel confident that I am getting the very best care.

If you have the opportunity to be in the care of this amazing dr and staff you can consider yourself to be blessed , they all are very caring people. All the bad comments are false and slanderous. So show some respect for this incredible dr and his staff .
