I had amazing experience with new life, TWICE. Both times i saw Dr. Rim Alkurdi, she has been very supportive and very reassuring. I would highly highly recommend her for any treatment. Also you need to understand the volume of this clinic and how things work, patience is key when you are on this journey. i am blessed with a daughter, and waiting for my second bundle of joy !! Thank you Dr.Alkurdi and her team.

this is a terrible mismatch between the price and the service received. never get through to get an answer about your tests, you have to beg for a week. I pay money for this and want to have access to my results as soon as they are ready. neither is possible.who to contact, everyone is always busy. what result can we talk about if you are given 3 minutes of time. why are you recruiting so many patients if you don't have enough time for them. work up to 2 hours. do the work schedule like everyone else until 5 then .You may be able to pay attention to everyone. at 2 o'clock no one is in the clinic, and no one cares. even created their own application for communication. in which not a single SMS has been read. why did you create it if you don't answer there?.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. After switching clinics I was impressed with their thoroughness and short wait times. Dr. Soliman is great- he is quiet but knowledgable and caring and has a hand in every decision in the clinic and on patient care.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any clinic. From the beginning of our treatment until now. Where do I start. 1. Your initial consultation will seem promising. The doctor will call you and go over all steps. 2. As soon as you go in for your first cycle monitoring your treated as a number. I can’t say that about the ultrasound staff. They are awesome. But expect to wait 15-20 minutes passed your appointment time before you see anyone. They are never on time, I’ve had 2/20 appointments on time… EVER 3. Booking appointments is always leaving messages. Never speaking to someone live 4. When you have follow up with a doctor after cycle monitoring or any procedure you are then waiting another 20-30 minutes in between the doctor’s appointments just to speak to him for less than 5 minutes and to ask who you are where you are in your treatment. If it didn’t cost me money to change clinics, I would. Not only going through the emotions of infertility and struggles, you’re treated as a number, just another woman here for treatment. I do not recommend this clinic, please do your research before you choose a fertility clinic.

Please do your research and read reviews before committing to this clinic. While the staff generally seem pleasant, this clinic seems far too busy to give their patients the time of day. I had my second embryo transfer last week, and almost every step of the way there was an issue. 1. Upon arrival I was informed that despite a conversation with my physician prior, the “add-ons” we had elected to move forward with were not mentioned in my protocol. At this point, it was too late for one of them, as the prep takes 4 hours so we needed to move ahead without it which was very disappointing as this was going to be our last transfer for a while and we had hoped to try everything we could. 2. After the discussion about the add-ons not being documented I went downstairs for my transfer to be informed that I had not sent in my consent form. I HAD sent it in the week prior, and had an email response from the clinic saying it would be added to my file… 3. I then learned that the incorrect number of embryos had been thawed for my procedure. As they had not saved my consent form, they were “unaware” we were transfer two embryos despite having this conversation several times with my physician. 4. While they did “accommodate” the HCG wash add-on, I was told it would be completed and then I would “need to wait 20 minutes or so” until they completed the transfer as this is the HCG wash protocol. MAYBE 5 minutes after administering this, they took me in and my transfer was done immediately after. When I asked them about this, the nurse said “meh 5 minutes, 20 minutes, it doesn’t matter.” Needless to say, what was supposed to be an exciting day for my partner and I, ended up being nothing but stressful and anger inducing. This is not the first time I have felt this way while being a patient at NewLife. Again, I encourage you to do your research before paying for or starting your IVF process anywhere. **the last thing I want to mention, in the event this is seen by NewLife…please stop promoting your discounted IVF packages as “mother’s day specials” in the spring time. You’re targeting a group of individuals who would give anything to become pregnant or start a family and this type of marketing is highly insensitive.

Extremely grateful and thankful for all the support, help and guidance the whole Dr Alkurdi team has provided. Since my first appointment the team has been responsive, empathetic, and extremely helpful. The nurses are all angels!! Dr Alkurdi is clearly very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing, it’s a nerve wracking process but she takes the time to check in and make sure you’re comfortable each step of the way!!! Would highly recommend this clinic

Do not recommend this clinic. It's super chaotic and unorganized. I am never able to speak to someone, always voicemail only. Almost never get a call back and have to follow up again, and when I do speak to someone it's always someone else, so you're not building a relationship with any of the nurses. They have no idea who you are. I often get contradictory advice, they have to double check and turns out the advice they gave was wrong. And on top of that, you're being pushed from one clinic to the other, so I been to 5 different locations already!! All in all I would not recommend this clinic and my experience is not positive!

I had to post! I have had a history of miscarriages prior to meeting Dr. Solimon. I went to this location feeling hopeless. Dr. Solomon assured me that there is hope. We did treatment that was necessary and today I have two boys. 2yrs and 3yrs. Please do not give up! I would recommend this clinic to anyone
