D	Derek Gregory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always dreaded the Visual Fields Test -- like many people, apparently, I'm not alone in finding it an ordeal -- but my technician (Kelsey, I think) was wonderful: understanding, sympathetic, supportive and friendly. I had a minimal wait, everything was Covid-aware, parking was easy.... simply excellent all round.

The only Doctor I have seen there is Dr. Rajagopalan and I found her to be quite personable, very thorough and someone that genuinely cares. The other folks I have interacted with at New West Eyes have all been wonderful and all seem to be very committed. I look forward to going to this doctor's office, I always walk out with a smile on my face. Thank you all.

For some reason, every appointment requires two visits - once to have tests done, and then another day you come back to see the doctor. This is not convenient. On my last visit in Dec 2021, there were so many patients in the office, it was standing room only and a queue out into the hall. We were literally shoulder-to-shoulder in the doorway, even after checking in as the rest of the waiting room was already packed full. People were fuming after waiting over an hour for their appointment - but worse than that, having so many people crowded into the space was far from Covid-safe - particularly since this office seems to serve its share of vulnerable/elderly patients. Lastly, I find it disconcerting that some of the test equipment is sitting right next to waiting patients such that your personal information (name/DOB, etc.) and testing are performed in the open for all to see and hear. This is really unacceptable and does not follow patient confidentiality guidelines. Staff is very pleasant and I'm sure none of these issues are within their control. Management must do better.
