★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasure to share my first laser experience with Angie and it could not have been better. She was very knowledgeable because of her medical background and she kindly explained the whole procedure so I was aware of everything what she was doing. She gave me the good recommendation on how to take care of my skin as I had no idea what issues I had. She was also very helpful the following days after the procedure as I came up with another questions and I always got a friendly answer. I am looking forward to my next visit :)
UPDATE after my second visit: I am really happy with the results from skin resurfacing procedure. I am noticing the improvement on my skin, it feels tightened, brightened and with less wrinkles for sure - my husband confirmed as well :) Angie explained that the results are visible with the delayed period as the skin is renewing. From all things I have tried, I can honestly tell that laser does make the biggest difference. I am super happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place, with great customer service, I always feel comfortable when I go to my appointments. I am more than satisfied with the service and I fully trust my practitioner Angie, She is very professional and kind hearted I have never had any problems with her. Angie knows what she is doing and will guide you and inform you every step of the way on the treatment that you choose to do for yourself. The price is also very affordable and fair and you definitely get your money's worth. The laser treatments are almost painless with only a slight sting felt in some sensitive areas and there is no discomfort at all felt in the procedures. I am very satisfied and happy with the results I have seen so far of my series of LHR treatments. I am looking forward to the end of the treatment when I will be hair free. As a bonus the treatment I am getting is helping me get rid of my acne like no acne cream has ever been able to do. Please give this amazing place a try you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! It's really clean and Angie is so professional and knowledgeable. I've had a great experience so far. First consultation of the IPL treatment, she was listening to me thoroughly. I could trust her to do this procedure. I was also lucky enough to meet both doctors to check my face on the consultation day and first treatment day. The products she recommend really work for me too. Even only first treatment has been done, my face looks brighter. I can't wait to see my face on the last treatment in 2 months.

It is evident that Mitra is a perfectionist truly wants her clients to have the best results. I would highly recommend New West Laser to anyone that is looking to achieve healthy, radiant skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New West Laser is excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic. Staff (Mitra and Megan) are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the various treatment options and ensure patients don't have conflicting medical history. The beautiful office is clean and calming. I saw major results immediately from IPL and was pleased to see improvements with my skin even up to a week post treatment. I would definitely go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super personable and excellent service!! I make appointments every few months for filler and Botox and I ALWAYS leave happy! The staff are very knowledgeable and explain all the options to help me achieve what I am looking for. I usually see Ali and I can count on the her to be honest with me and help me to be fully informed on the risks, benefits, aftercare, procedures, etc. She makes sure to check in with me a couple weeks later just to make sure I am happy with my results. They go above and beyond, I highly recommend!
