I love this place, it’s amazing.... I was there last week and I got an Oxygeneo Facial done and my nails as well. After the facial my skin was so smooth and naturally glowing, very tone and lift. I saw the difference right away, as they first did half of my face to be able to notice the difference between both sides. I highly recommend this place and this facial, it’s just espectacular ???. I’m also so happy with my nails, my nail technician was so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations.

My boyfriend and I love this spa! We went last weekend for pedicures and 55 minute massages. We got an extremely warm welcome and felt very well taken care of throughout our services. The girls that work there are professional and friendly. The attention to detail is always there. The atmosphere at Head to Toes Spa is incredible. It has been and will be our favorite place to go!

Ridiculous so called service to begin with since day 1. I took their "service" for piercing ears and have had a series of completely unpleasant and disappointing experience throughout! I went to get the piercing done on the scheduled time and they were so UNPREPARED that day that I had to wait roughly 25 mins when it was not even busy! Now the person who did piercing told me if anything goes wrong you can come back to the place so they can fix the matter. and the piercing was not done right and as a result in just 3 days it came off on its own! so I immediately called them so they could fix it by re-piercing it to which they started to give excuses that the only person who does piercing is nowhere to be found(said shamelessly) and it wasn't certain when she would come. (If you cannot hold of your own staff member who does such senstive job, why do you even offer this kind service in the first place?) However they said they would call me back and update me, WHICH REALLY NEVER HAPPENED! Extremely LAME SERVICE! I patiently waited for 3 weeks and gave them the benefit of doubt. I called about 7-8 times in 3 weeks and didn't receive a call for once as were promised by them several times! I am not really sure if they do that to all their customers or was just some DISCRIMINATION which it actually felt like so many times! Finally in the forth week a Lame Service provider person called katrina who had been giving me false promises, said that I will have TO PAY AGAIN to get the piercing done as a part of solution(Which actually isn't a solution at all obviously!) When I said she could have told me that before, she started playing fool and said she didn't know that! I wonder why was she handling this situation in the first place when she had no idea and why they show to provide this service when they are so LAME AND REDICULOUS at it and not offering any solution to this kind of fragile and sensitive process of piercing? katrina and other 2 staff members I spoke with didn't seem to care at all to help fix anything throughout! I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to opt for their piercing service or any service for that matter as from my nightmare experience it is safe to say they don't give a damn about their customers if encountered with any issues after receiving money! No responsibility or accountability pertaining to the the service they call they provide! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND ADDED RIDICULOUS & UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM THEM. Wouldn't even give one star and wasn't worth generous tip I gave upfront despite their LAME service! No professionalism whatsoever! SCAM FOR PIERCING SERVICE!

My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon and decided to get hot stone massages from the best spa in New West. We were so well taken care of, Saiqa and Sandeep gave us the best massages we've had in years! They made us feel right at home and encouraged us relax in the lounge for a while before checking out. The front desk clerk however did not make us feel that same welcoming energy. Not only did we feel like we needed to clear space in the lounge, despite them having 2 seating areas, but she assumed we would be paying separately for our service. When I expressed how awkward the question was, being on our honeymoon, she proceeded to say "you'd be surprised how some couples are" instead apologize for making that assumption. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that she say not have a lot of experience and was more laid back because it's a Sunday. But her vibe just didn't match the rest of the staff. HTTS is my favorite spa in the lower mainland and I will always recommend people to come here. Pauline (lead technician) is a personal favorite, but I really enjoy the services done by all the ladies there! They truly live up to the standard of being the best in New West. Thank you for making our honeymoon special.

Excellent service, easy online booking system and great monthly promotions. I booked else where before and the service was incomparable. Head to Toes will be the only place I trust! Ive had facials and laser treatments done by Julia and she is fantastic and knowledgeable.

After an initially disappointing experience the owner reached out quickly to arrange a complimentary hot stone massage. She was very apologetic and responsive and arranged for another treatment for me with their head esthetician. Pauline was wonderful, she discussed my expectations and what happened last time prior to starting the massage and everything went very smoothly. She did a great job and I got what I was hoping for. To be clear, my first massage experience wasn't awful, just underwhelming. The owner clearly cares a great deal about client satisfaction and will do her best to ensure you walk away happy, which I definitely did.

Love this place! Destiny is amazing with eyelash extensions, I've had so many compliments with this and they made for great engagement photos, so happy! And Pauline rocks at every thing, just had a shellac manicure with her and really loved how they turned out, she is efficient but thorough :) Looking forward to booking a facial next and possibly a massage! Highly recommend.

i received their gift card on my birthday, I called them to book an appointment and gave them all the details of the card . It was for “Essential manicure with gel” . When I went in, they said they will process after the work was done. So I sat down and the lady offered me all these options to pick from. I asked her if they all applied and she replied ,”oh yes, anything!” So I asked her to make my nails with to colours fading into one another on top. The job was terrible, the colours did not blend into each other at all! My nails look like a toddler did them! As if not enough damage , they made me pay extra $15 for the top colour that it was not part of the gift card! No one told me this before adding it to my nails! I walked in with a $50 card that was specific , why the hell did they then go ahead and tell Me I could get this that and more without explaining to me that it was not included!… they are thieves. Then they also asked me to pay an extra $30 if I the horrible polish removed! For their bad job to be taken off my pretty hands, I still have to pay! This is the worst place I have ever gone to! I’m so disappointed and very sad for this horrible experience!h I wish them the worst for taking advantage of me. Well, they might say that I picked the colours!, I don’t accept that, because if I thought I could do the job, then why did I go to professionals!.. they are trained in knowing how to make nails etc look good to the customer’s certification! Look at the pictures below, tell me if that looks like work done by a professional! Or even work worth $60! ?
