N	Natalie Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loveleena is a nice enough lady but unfortunately I did not find her treatments effective. I completed 5 out of 6 full body laser hair removal treatments and still have significant hair growth in every area she treated (even on my knuckles which should be a simple removal). Overall, there really wasn’t much change in my hair growth at all. I had decided I would just complete the 6 treatments despite noticing an insignificant amount of change in my hair growth, but when I showed up for the final treatment, she scheduled me for the wrong date…again…and was unable to treat me that day. I commute an hour by bus and train from Vancouver to Surrey for the appointments, so I was frustrated by the nonchalant attitude and the lack of effort to compensate for the 2nd mistake. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

S	Shabina Ghai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so, I just went there today, March 11th for my laser hair removal on arms. I had talked to her about full body laser 6 sessions. And she said it’s for $1200. I was like sure great! I went there today to try first before paying $1200. I informed her my skin is sensitive. She applied the lotion with those wooden sticks on my one arm… Soooooo painful!!!!!! Then she scraped off the solution with the stick and put it on the other arm same solution. I was already in hellaaaa pain!!!! Then after laser she rubbed my arms with that household paper towel. I have done laser treatments at other places and they cool down the skin with cold towels and apply lotion. But this lady was so so unprofessional. My arms are burning even now after 15 hours. And while I was leaving she said my full body only covers legs arms and face. Dude, are you kidding me?? Do you even know what full body package means??? I would not recommend this place at all. So unprofessional and so harsh for your skin!!!!

I have had more hair removal from Pink Waves in 1 treatment, than 6 treatments from a previous tech! Her lasers are top of the line. I have seen more results going here than I have at other places in town. Loveleena always is pleasant and efficient. Bonus - she has great deals monthly for laser treatments. Loveleena is so helpful and knowledgeable, and spend time explaining the process. I definitely recommend to spend more, for the quality, and safety protocol. Thank you!

I never felt uncomfortable with the services provided. Also, her facial treatments are amazing. Especially the microneedling, i have got 3 treatments so far and I have no complaints with how my skin looks. She will give her 100% to the clients and will send them home fully satisfied.
