When I needed air in my tires, they told me to come on in, no problem.
They are quick and really great! Highly recommend them! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had my engine fan replaces,650.00 just for the part. i checked price at nissan, 327.00 canadian tire 119.00. new west auto care jacked up the price a huge amount. this is not the place you want to go. the;ll rip you off bad. you;ve been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my rear brake pads replaced by Terry. The pricing was fair compared to their competitors. He reviewed the front pads and inspected the rotors/calipers additionally. Was refreshing that he didn't try to up-sell unnecessary work. He provided knowledgeable recommendations/insights where applicable. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call three seperate times to book for an inspection, but the guy who keeps answering the phone is very unprofessional. I wanted to use them because they were near my place but I've never been treated this way with any business and he honestly sounded misogynistic and couldn't be bothered. I'm happy I didn't go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at a fair price. My poor old car needed a new exhaust pipe and battery, to begin with. They kept me updated with new estimates when some new issue was found. Only charged for one hour of labour, but I am sure it was more than that. Car is running great now and I will get at least another year out of it. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a single grandmother raising a 16 year old grandson on disability, and know nothing about vehicles. My van starting making a really bad clunking, banging, noise on the passenger side of my vehicle. I brought it in to new west auto care, left it there and they called me back with the bad news that I needed struts and a swing bar link! I was shocked and saddened at the cost. Was going to cost around 610$. When they let me know I had no choice but to scrape the money together and get it fixed as I need my van for a lot of reasons, one important one is taking mr grandson to and from lacrosse games and practices. They fixed it quickly and when I picked it up the bill was 576.00. He must have knocked off a few dollars knowing my situation and my distress. I have had a oil change done here before as well and I can honestly say I’ll be bringing my van back if anything else goes wrong with it! Best service and experience I’ve had with a mechanic in a long time.!
