β β β β β Ordered black sugar fresh milk tea. I do agree with someone's review that it does taste watered down. The cup itself is tall, but the pearl amounts doesn't justify. Also their pearls taste tasteless. By the time I got home, I realized they didn't give me a stamp card, like others mentioned.

β β β β β The decor of the store was quite welcoming. The staff were friendly and the value for the drinks were also good. I ordered the fresh taro with fresh milk cold and my wife ordered the mango slush. We ordered the drinks with regular sugar and ice so that we could have them as they were meant to be made.
The quality of pearls were very good. Considering that it was 45 minutes away from closing time, the pearls still had the nice soft texture as if it was just freshly made. The fresh taro had good flavour and the texture had bits of taro in it. Depending on your preference you may or may not like that. The mango slush flavour was good but the texture was a tad icy, maybe a more thorough blend could have helped?
Overall I enjoyed the bubble tea and if I am ever in the neighborhood again I would definitely pop on by as there aren't a lot of options for bbt in New west.

β β β β β Best bubble tea place in New West! Staff is always friendly and the pearls are always fresh ? you can choose your sweetness and ice for most drinks and they have loyalty cards! We go every week and have never been disappointed!!

β β β β β I always get taro slush from here. Really good chewy pearls, and tasty drink. It doesnβt have the grainy texture many other bubble tea places seem to have. Very nice people work here!

β β β β β Ordered through an app in advance and the drinks were made a bit earlier than anticipated. Drinks were good and staff kept them cold until they were picked up.
Was quite empty on a weekday afternoon and staff were friendly and service was efficient.
Would recommend visiting again to try out more of the menu.

β β β β β Such a cute little bbt place. Went in for a take out, the service was prompt. Seating is available and the place is very clean. The limited edition pineapple lemon green tea was delish, it was on bogo on Mon to Thursday. The assam
Milk tea was also really good. There were cheese tarts and Castello cheesecakes as well. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back soon.

β β β β β Tried the Black Sugar Coffee Milk Tea. Balanced coffee & tea flavour profile. Just the right amount of sweetness. Chewy pearls. Friendly & considerate staff. Clean & inviting space. Will definitely come back to try their other signature drinks and Taiwanese chicken nuggets.
