★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Harold, Just a short note to let you know, what a pleasant experience it has been dealing with you and your staff. The installation went so smoothly, and just in time for my first 10 hours power outage. I was sitting at my computer at the time., and within about 6 seconds, the generator took over, and it was life as usual. My well pump was drawing water, the Heat Pump was working, computer and TV were on. Living alone in a big house, it was such a comfort, Life is good. Why did I wait so long?
PS: The Cummins Onan generator is so quiet, I could not hear it from inside the house. I had to open the window to make sure it really was on.

Since my last review I just would like to add that my generator work flawlessly I can always count on it.,
PrimaPower’ annual service ensure it is always ready for the next power outage.
Following my advice my best friend had a Cummins Onan generator installed by Anser Power (Prima Power)
The first time the power went out she called me and said: I’m so happy, power is out but I’ve got an generator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing a standby generator has a process that includes your own homework for selecting what you want it to power in your home then selecting generator options. ( Consumer reports helps in that process )
Next is selecting good companies to give you quotes to compare, we prefer companies that have standby generators as their main business.
Prima Power and Champion generators ( 12kW ) came out on top of selection process, very professional installation impressed our neighbours , they installed Champion from Prima Power also!
This was the second house we have installed a standby generator ( last house installed Generac 8kW ) and we would not hesitate to highly recommend PRIMA POWER and Champion.
Update:
Almost 4 months later, now middle of December, the generator has performed perfectly for 3 power outages.
