I appreciate that the nurse is available to give allergy shots and perform services that I will be requiring. I was seen by Dr. Essul and could not be happier. He is a caring, compassionate doctor who listens, asks questions and I know together we will be a great team to keep my health on track!

R	Ray Manning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. Saw Dr O. Essul on the 16th. Didn't listen to my medical history which was on the computer in front of him. I explained the pain was the same as my previous bout with cancer when I lost my kidney. He felt my abdomen and said I was constipated. Go for an abdomenal ultrasound and bloodwork. The soonest we could get the ultrasound was Dec 21. I was rushed to emergency on Dec 18 and almost died. He did not listen to what I had to say and did not pay attention to my history.

Even though I have been allowed testing, vaccinations AND in another medical office with just the number. I literally replied “I guess I can’t see my new doctor?” Then magically, she was allowed to use my number. Not everyone has access to a document handed out to them years ago. Further more, applying for this document requires more documents, calls, paperwork.. It is inherently classist to deny service on paperwork. I hope this is addressed. My doctor was incredibly kind and caring however, and gave me a lot of requisitions for things that previous doctors missed. I appreciate the extra care.
T	Tanya McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for covid vaccination at pharmacy. They ran out of the vaccine type that I had booked for and didnt call to advise (subbed for another, fine). However, for a pharmacy and medical clinic that is administering vaccines, none of the 4 staff present in the fairly open area were wearing masks, which seems grossly negligent right now especially as they are a medical facility.

Booked a vaccine 3 days prior. Arrived for appointment and they did not have inventory. No call. No text. No email. No cancellation notice.
