★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place I ll go I ll wait 3hrs first time I come here with appointement and today I have appointement at 9h15am and it s an hours I wait to see doctor. if you have other place to go choose other option. Dr is really good but I have other things to do in my life to wait 3-4 hours to see a specialist. it s Covid time and we wait longer than that with lot of patient sit in same waiting room very bad organisation they overbooked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time horrendous, first you wait for months for an appointment. Then on the days of, you wait for hours on end even when you have an appointment booked, the staff does zero care about having an over booked waiting room. They always have weird hours and on top of that they pack so many people on one go. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you trying to get some treatment fast or isn't a fan of waiting for hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous wait time. 3 hour wait EVERY TIME for a SPECIALIZED APPOINTMENT?! This is NOT a medi-centre. Huge waste of time, the staff and doctor does not care. Triple booking patients. They have no clue about what patients they have in their own rooms that are waiting. The receptionist is unrealistic with the waiting times they tell you. Never going back, don't even bother, find a better doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sent to Dr. Strungaru for corrective eye surgery and cataract removal. After meeting for a consultation, she sent me to another Retinal surgeon to make sure I was ok to get my surgery. Eventually, I had my first eye done at Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Not only is her team of nurses there, kind and attentive, but the procedure was incredible. Efficient service from start (prep) to end, with actual procedure taking less than 10 minutes, music and conversation, giggles and just good feelings all around, made it all a breeze. I'm so happy for this opportunity. With 20/20 vision, almost a senior, I'm about to start a new chapter of my life. I am grateful for her mild manner, kindness and above all, expertise. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. Place opens at 8:00 A.M. and by the time I arrive for a 9:00 A.M. appointment, they already have a sign out that says they are running behind. Hmmm... you just opened the doors and you're already running behind? I'm sure that sign hasn't moved in a long time. Overbooked right from the start of the day and therefore I don't get in to see Doc until 10:00... 1 hour after scheduled. Don't go here if you're time is important to you... the staff and doctors' time is way more important than us unimportant customers/patients.
