Clarkes 3D Ultrasound

I went here last week because I couldn't wait any longer to find out the gender! This was by far the best ultrasound I have had yet. She was very thorough and showed me many views of the baby, describing what was what, and we were able to see the gender pretty clearly. We will confirm it is correct at my anatomy scan next week. I would definitely recommend! The price was more than worth it.

Expecting moms beware... if you’re relying on Clarke’s 3D Ultrasound for an ultrasound to either see your baby or do a gender reveal I would caution you to think twice. I understand that people make mistakes and forget but not only did she forget I also confirmed with her three times on the date and time in between the time I made the appointment and today. When I talk to her she did not feel bad or tried to offer me a sooner ultrasound to fix the situation. I realize it’s just an ultrasound but as you expecting moms know when you have your heart set on something it is very disappointing not only when it doesn’t happen but when the other party doesn’t even care that they were in the wrong. It’s also disheartening when you have 20 guests coming over later that evening for a gender reveal. Once again I understand there was a chance she even couldn’t find out the gender of my baby because of the babies positioning but it’s just the fact that she showed no remorse and didn’t reach out or try to fix the mistake she made. I made an appointment with her three months ago to do an ultrasound before my gender reveal and showed up at her door only to find an empty house. I’m so upset and disappointed. In more detail, I confirmed my appointment date and time 3 times with her. I even messaged Clarke’s yesterday to confirm my appointment today at 10am and she replied that she was excited to see me and told me to drink pop before arriving. I showed up today, waited outside, rang the doorbell, knocked a few times, called her and left a message. She called me back and said she had the weekend off and didn’t know I was booked for this appointment. She wasn’t apologetic, didn’t try to resolve the situation. I was so upset that I hung up on her (which is out of my character). My husband took time out of his busy work schedule to be able to be at this appointment. It’s not easy for him as he does shift work. Obviously her time is more important than everyone else’s. I went through her because I love supporting home-based local businesses and it’s unfortunate because so many good businesses owners run successful businesses through their homes but this particular one I would caution you all to think twice about supporting.

Clean, professional and very comfortable! After a terrible experience at MIC we had an incredible ultrasound experience with Clarke’s 3D Ultrasound! We got a ton of pictures and a detailed guided tour of the baby! I would highly recommend!

My spouse and I went to see her the other day. We were very impressed by the service she had given. We were expecting not a lot and she far exceeded the expectations. We paid for a 30 min package and was there for extra 15 min having everything explain thoroughly, plus she was super sweet. Was given 45 pictures, 2 prints, a video and a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see they baby's face before they are born.

Would highly recommend! Baby did not cooperate the first time, so she booked us another appointment free of charge! We left with so many pictures and such long videos. Great experience, such a great set up in her home! Will be back for future babies!

Cancelled on me 2 hours before my appointment and said she would contact me to reschedule. When I contacted her she claimed that her machine was still broken (but other women I knew had been having appointments), After that she never contacted me back.

Wonderful experience! She was very professional and experienced! She was very thorough in pointing out the anatomy and movements of our baby. The office in her home was very clean and cozy! We will be back closer to our due date for another session. I highly reccomend clarkes for your 3D ultrasound❤

Poor communication! My gender ultrasound was cancelled with very little notice due to equipment issues - which I totally understand. Equipment breaks. Trying to find out when I can rebook has been a nightmare. She keeps telling me she'll rebook but I never hear from her unless I send her a message. It's been almost two weeks since my scheduled appointment and still nothing. I have heard good things about her from multiple people but as of right now I would not recommend her services.
