★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sour beer. Green sour demon beer, ended up buy 2, 4 packs of cans, oh my lord so sweet hardly sour. We could've pounded way more drink but they closed at 7. 4 drink for me and 4 for my buddy, such a great little place for a quick drink

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great brewery! Always super friendly and have a great selection of fresh beers. I like going in there because it’s easy to access, always parking (compared to other breweries), and they have an interesting heavy metal concept inside. Definitely a must try and one of our favourites!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Level is an brewery that is not afraid of taking risks. Their beer is often off the beaten path of the other breweries in the area and their taproom is an out of the way jem. It's always a good time with good beer.

Try the Peach cobbler sour too! It's like dessert in a can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly. Great little place to visit. Fantastic selection of draft beers it was actually hard to choose just 4 for a flight! Good news is if you're not driving you can get a brewers flight of 8. Good merch too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Level Brewing is a heavy hitter, with a delicate and artistic touch. The Pinball Wizard (Raspberry Sour) is delightfully tart, exceptionally flavourful, with a slight caress of sweetness to the aftertaste.
Licensed to Dill (Dill Pickle Sour) is a wonderfully creative brew: Certainly one smells the dill; one tastes the dill; and one is pickled pink by the dill! The pinch of salt in the brew softens any acidic notes and grants it balance. Highly recommended, especially for those who enjoy something different. More than that, it works well as a palate cleanser!
Annihilation of the Wicked (DIPA) so very smooth, so seemingly light, effortlessly subdues one. This, is the tool for world domination!
