β β β β β Amazing experience!!! We just found out the lunch special runs all day here! We canβt wait to bring our friends! The staff are really polite and generousβ¦they gave us free ice cream and on top of that we got a robot show with one of there robots it was amazing highly recommended!!!

β β β β β Brought our friends for their first time experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was attentive and understanding especially as husband of the couple has Parkinson and difficulty walking/moving. Also accommodating when they asked for the shrimp to be shelled completely. Oh, and the robot transport was a bonus. Will be back.

β β β β β Very friendly staff with lots of options for sauce. You can choose an all-you-can-eat or the 5-item $17.95 hotpot special. Both options are available all day during their opening hours. They sadly no longer include ice cream or desserts on their menu.

β β β β β 5-item lunch combo is just the right amount of food, and you can add extra items for $4 if you'd like. I like that different broths don't cost extra. Lunch price is increasing to $18.95 soon which I think is still reasonable. Fast service, no issues whenever we visit

β β β β β One of my faves on a cold day! Great selection to make your own hot pot, from the broth to the meat to the sauses and oils. Never disappointing and the robot server makes me smile everytime!

β β β β β This place is AMAZING! The customer service is prompt, kind and attentive. I am vegetarian and they whipped up a special delicious spicy broth to accommodate me which I wasnβt expecting at all. It really felt like they went the extra mile. The vegetables and noodles were fresh and plentiful. The fried tofu was perfectly done - highly recommend! Oh and the cute robot is the cherry on top. :)

β β β β β I like to start by saying, that I have been coming to this location since like 2015. Back then it was called just Asian Express Hot Pot. I honestly donβt know why I have not reviewed it in the past, I been here so many times and today I visited for the third time in the last 7 days.
I must say this is my favourite and only Hot Pot place I would recommend to anyone. Gone to other places but this location is clean, staff are so friendly and food comes out fresh. Donβt take my word for it just head over and try it out for yourself.
