★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a rural customer and lost internet service after a power outage. The tech support was able to pinpoint the router and walked me through getting a new router installed and up and running again. On a Saturday afternoon no less. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I have had this service for 2 years and have nothing but GREAT things to say, I have there service at my trailer and love it. I would have it at home but my current provider can't be beat. I did have a issue a couple months ago and tech support took control and got me fixed up!! (my modem died) Thanks Ashley!!! I feel these people go above anyone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in a rural part of Ontario my whole life and Netflash provides the best internet service we can find out here. In the recent months through COVID, they have also been great at ensuring I've got what I need to work from home. I would recommend you check them out.

Whether it is a technical problem (which have only been 2 in approximately 15 years] or just a general inquiry the staff have always been there. They remember who you are and when you have called before. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Consider Netflash for any of your Internet needs. We are moving and therefore unable to transfer the service. Thanks to everyone you all have been a pleasure to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netflash's customer service is far superior to Bell and Rogers. The technicians have been very pleasant and efficient, and so has their tech support. I would much rather continue to deal with Netflash, though the internet is a little less stable right now. Regardless they offer a good value.

I needed their tech support once at the cottage years ago and he had the problem resolved in minutes over the phone! Netflash came highly recommended by a friend. So I have shared this great provider with friends and family, too. They love it, too.
