★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For almost 4 years BoltonSmith has played an integral part in helping us rebuild our networks and to take us out of the "Dark Ages" of computing to Virtual Hosting, integrated on and offsite backups and L1 to L3 remote and hands on support as required. There is now a "peace of mind" that allows us to have confidence in our systems...and for me to sleep better at nights. :)

We switched our service to BoltonSmith 2 years ago and they handled our email and website transition with grace, answering all of our questions and helping us get exactly what we needed. Since then there have been maybe 2 hickups in service that they have fixed within the hour with fantastic Tech support.

They are always only a phone call away, and they actually answer the phone! Our business is internet dependent and Tristan and his team are always ready to ensure our downtime when it happens, is very minimal. And what I like best about BoltonSmith, is that they diagnose and fix problems, always listening to me and never making me repeat myself or downplaying my knowledge of the whatever problem I bring to their attention.
