★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, yesterday we ordered shawarmas and shish kebab. It’s not so easy to have a shawarma sandwich be a little soggy. I wonder does that mean eating it as soon as it’s ordered. Maybe if had had them cut in half it could have solved the soggy issue. Will try this next time. I was especially happy with the shish kebab and would order it again. We were very happy with the fresh bread and reminded us of how it is prepared in Egypt - great to dip in the garlic sauce. When we got home we realized that the tabouli salad we ordered was missing. We called back to the restaurant and Ali who took my call was so very ready to accept my concern and said next time to bring our concern to his attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really dispointed when we asked the Wittres why the price is extra in dining room her answer was "yea it's extra foods" we sad okay?? and when we got the food was not extra as she said!!!
In this photo meat manaeesh cost $8.99 plus tax. For teakout the price is $6.49
At the end we don't mind to pay the service fee. But don't say we serve extra food in dining, that's unprofessional service and lie to the customers.

Been going since 2019 and its always a hit. Everything about Arabesque’s chicken shawarma combo beckons quality. From the juicy and extremely flavorful chicken, the perfectly spiced and cooked rice, to their homemade hummus. No other middle eastern restaurant in Waterloo OR Toronto is able to replicate their chicken. As for the rice, they got perfect control of the texture coupled with herbs that accentuate the aroma, creating the perfect pairing for the shawarma. The homemade hummus, paired with their steaming-hot, freshly baked pita dwarfs any of the pitas from the UW plaza. can't emphasize how great this place is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manasseh, salad, and hummus were good. Skewers were really disappointing. And before we placed the order we checked with one waitress who said that the kebab came with 2 chicken and 2 beef skewers. But actually not. Soup was okay. Service was also disappointing btw. We drove from Toronto 1.5 hrs getting there for food, but was really disappointed.

They did a FANTASTIC job catering to over 20 people for our team dinner! It was our first time ordering from here, and they went above and beyond for us with placing the order and ensuring our food was ready on time. They welcomed us as soon as we stepped into the restaurant and even helped us bring the food to our car. The service and food here are 11/10.
Thank you again. We’ll most definitely be back soon!
