I bought chicken breasts without noticing double stickers expired in 17th top of original sticker said expires December 10th.
yup there was stincky chicken. I needed thought out $24 worth of product
I stood at deli counter for 5 minutes but no service. girls are just chatting each other & they know I'm there. this happen often since new older lady started work this department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier made a scene due to my mask slipping and then refused to cash my groceries until I fixed it.
Proceeded to tell me a multitude of lies starting with:
1. She will loose her job if she cashes my groceries with my masked slipped.
2. Her managers are watching the camera and will fire her if she starts.
3. She is only part time and does this on the side… yet she has worked their for 40 years…

Rule number one of business: Never lie to the customer.

Train your staff better. I would put her on a PIP if she worked for me so that I could fire her.
You just lost a customer that spends 2-3k at your store per month. That’s one expensive disgruntled employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop for groceries. One employee has helped me a few times and I finally asked one of the cashiers what his name is. She said she thinks his name is Cyrus! So I hope she’s right! He’s always on the go, working hard with a smile on his face. Thanks To Cyrus and all the wonderful staff at nesters.
