I spoke to a support rep on their website about a product, I asked rep to confirm that it was in stock before driving to purchase. The rep assured me multiple times that they had it in stock. When I arrived they told me the product was not in stock. Thanks for wasting two hours of my time!

Don’t go to work or shop at nella cutlery They are very racist. They make racist comments to their employees and fire people for no reason to hire their family who are not legally able to work in Canada. I made a complaint to isadaora and she acted like she didn’t care. RACIST PEOPLE!

Sent an item that was different than what I ordered. Nella resolved the issue professionally and respectfully. I was very happy with their approach to customer service and Samantha in particular

Disappointed.!! I have orderd my products from them in the month of August 21 to make sure to receive timely delivery however now even after more than 6 months i sm still waiting for my equipments to recieve so i can open up my location. On the other hand, i am getting no replies of my emails and calls which is making me more frustrated and annoyed.!! I do not want to mention names of person with whom i am dealing but I wish i could have cancel my entire order which I could not at this point and totally on their mercy to help me getting my stuff.!! One thing for sure this will be my last order from Nella as I have been ordering from them for all my locations and now this is a time to move on. Not recommended at all.!! Thanks

I own several restaurants that need consistent supplies. My employees have alerted me about the fact that they are getting made fun of in a raciest manner from the Nella Mississauga Employees while speaking Filipino dialect about my staff for quite a period of time now when picking up equipment for me. In do diligence my partner and I did our own investigation and found it all to be true as I'm fluent in Filipino. The experience of people speaking fluent English transiting to complete Filipino saying the most horrible things about me as I approach them was a truly appalling experience NEVER to happen again. I have never been this belittled in my entire life with the most disgusting and horrendous things said about me only because they didn't know I understood what was being said.

A misleading product listing lead me to overpay for an item. The milk bottles I wanted were listed as 24 per pack but priced out per dozen. The listing also didn't indicate the the bottles came without a lid. I called them the very next morning to confirm if they come with lids. Not only do they not come with them, but Nella doesn't even stock them. I asked the rep to let me cancel the order before they ship it out because what good is a milk bottle if it doesn't have a lid, right? The rep transferred me to a voicemail that I DID leave a message on. Yet instead of them EVER getting back to me, within minute of my call the package was conveniently already shipped out. It's only when I received the package that I realized that I was mislead by the listing and the cost per bottle was in-fact double what I'd expected. Again, this is because the product listing is setup in a misleading way. I was willing to accept the cost being what it was since it was pretty much in line with what Canadian Tire and other retailers sell them for. However, I still needed the lid. At the end Nella was able to source the lids for me. However, the shipment would take at least 2 weeks to arrive AND they wanted me to cover their cost of the product. A measly $11!! Naturally, on principle, I asked that they cover the cost of those lids OR allow me to return the lidless bottles without taking the hit on any return or restocking fees. It seems that standing behind their mistake and was not a priority in this matter. At the end of all of it, instead of sending me those lids that cost them $11, they sent me a return shipping label and offered that I return the bottles at no cost. What an ordeal they put me through! All for what exactly? I guess the 3.9 star Google rating (at the time of my review) wasn't enough of an indication to them that perhaps it's time to change the way they conduct business. Side Note: On the day of writing this review, it has been 11 days since Samantha Griffith from Nella emailed me saying "...I will make note for my IT department to make it more clear on the website." Since then, the listing still shows nothing about lids being sold separately and has not been updated to make it more clear that it's advertised as 2 dozen but a quantity of 1 in your cart is equal to half a dozen.
