This is a terrible company that we have vowed never to do business with again. Our last experience with them was in 2016 when we sent a Bunn hot water dispenser in for cleaning. It was returned to us 2 weeks later and the unit was still dirty when we dispensed water from it after reinstallation. It had clearly not been cleaned and Nella had the audacity to return the uncleaned unit and charge us for their “work”. The sales person at the time, Chris, apologized profusely and offered to do it again. It took another two weeks before it was returned to us. Our hot water tower was out of service for almost a month when we finally received it back. It shocks me that a company with such an obvious disregard for their customers has managed to continue in business for such a long time, if you are in the hospitality industry for long enough in Toronto, you will hear countless troubling stories from other business owners who have had to deal with Nella’s arrogance and ignorance. Please consider other alternative suppliers like Russell Hendrix or Tap Phong to save yourself the eventual troubles you will encounter with this company.

I ordered food warmer month ago and they said they had stock at other place. They said that they would have it about 3 days. But I did not receive further phone call. I called a week later, and lady told me it only week passed. And she said a guy would check and call me back. But I did not receive a call. I visited again last week and they remembered me. They promised that a guy check and call me. But I did not receive again. I called and the lady told me same thing. When csn I get this thing? I shoud cancel this order and better to order Amazon.

Bought a small appliance for $50. When got home to try it, it did not work as desired. I went next day to exchange for a different item. I was told the day before that I can only exchange items. When I went to exchange it, I was told that I can not exchange an item if it has been opened. How are we to test an item if I don't open it and try it. Although we purchased thousands of dollars of items from Nella, this experience was very frustrating as the manager would not co-operate and became very adamant that she will not cooperate. Buyers beware before committing to buying from this company as they do not have customer service after they have your money. Unfortunately they do not care about the consumer. I would not recommend buying from them as you will not have support after the purchase. The manager even said that if anything goes wrong with the item, she will not support you and you'll have to go to the manufacturer directly. Fortunately my loss is not big but it shows what kind of policies and company this is. I hate putting negative reviews for companies especially during the pandemic as we're all struggling but the experience that I had during this encounter was just very frustrating. I hope management and the owner will reconsider these policies and be more accommodating to their clients. As a follow up to your response, the item is defective because it did not work as advertised, so it should have been returned. How would I ever know if the item works if I don't try it. It is not that I used it and returned it. I tried to operate it and it did not work. The pepper-mill also had some pepper in it yet you took it. The policies are not consistent and lacking customer service, that is the problem.

If you're in the food industry you probrably have seen Nella knives before. They are cheap but great for restaurants and butcher shops. This store carries a ton of stuff to keep your shop going

Terrible customer service, never seen that before. Won’t even take the time to explain everything that goes wrong with their rep sales. I was dealing with a person under the name Rita, she doesn’t care at all about her job that’s one thing for sure … Will never deal with this company again, in 8 years in this industry, this one is definitely the worst. My friends also had bad experiences with them but years ago so I thought it maybe would have changed but NO. Feel sorry for the people who are still trying to deal with this company …

Great store. They have products I was having trouble finding like a whetstone and blade covers. The person working there was really helpful. I'll shop there again for sure

Professional quality kitchen tools available to everyday folk. I was referred by a friend to shop here for a knife that I was buying as a gift for someone. I was so blown away by the products they have I wound up purchasing a few upgrades for things I didn't know needed upgrading. So happy with my entire purchase.. And my gift was a hit. Highly recommend this little shop
