★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine suggested me to try the "Big Box" from Paramount, (apparently he is a huge fan of this place). I came in to eat on the weekend, i am not going to lie but it was the best $15 i had spent on something like this. Also there was this guy with glasses who prepared the box for me , he was a gentleman. Since it was my first time eating this he guided and made the best meal for me. Definitely coming back. Props to the guy too, who made the box for me. Would have posted the photos but was busy devouring it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! Nothing compared to the other Paramount around the city. The male server was beyond horrible! Forced into getting the meatless shawarma all because they didn’t have falafels! What kind of middle eastern place has no falafel! They weren’t even willing to make fresh ones! Never going here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is now one of my favorite. The staff is friendly, nice, professional and very knowledgeable about there food. If you haven't try please do, there food is amazing. As a Caribbean there spice is out of this world just amazing quality food and an organization that gives back to the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst place I have ever been. I'd give zero stars if I could! They gave me extremely moldy food. We only realized after eating the first bite. We got sick and they did nothing. We had to go all the way back to the store only to get a 5 dollar refund for the moldy item not for the entire order that we threw up! Worst food and customer service. AVOID this place if you don't want to get food poisoning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their weekday Walk In Special of 2 pcs Krispo Crispy Chicken & Fries and it was not bad at all. I would say it’s even better than other fast food chicken competitors.
Chicken was spicy and crunchy outside and juicy meat on the inside. They also offer a choice of mild crispy chicken for those who can’t take the heat.
Fries is just like any other fried potatoes but serving is just right.
I would say this is an awesome deal if you’re just looking for a quick and cheap lunch or snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re planning to order from here, make sure you do it in person. I usually pickup takeout after yoga. Today we ordered lunch for delivery as we’re working. I was really surprised. The “chicken shawarma” is basically a mixture of flavoured bread crumbs with a few tiny slivers of chicken. The lettuce was definitely day old. I know it’s been tough to be in restaurants during the pandemic and even now but this is basically misleading people. I don’t have this issue when I pickup in person and I can see them add the chicken to the box. Very disappointed.
