Our tenants moved out yesterday and left our home in a state of disrepair that was not even close to presentable for our open house on Canada Day (we are selling). We had no time to clean due to other commitments and ended up calling Neatfreak in panic late Friday afternoon.
They were able to arrange a team to come out and clean on July 1 (Happy 150th!), before our open house. The two ladies who agreed to work on their day off did a WONDERFUL job; Neatfreak as a whole saved the day. Highly recommend this Calgary cleaning company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Neatfreak for a one time move in/move out . The move in went great the move out not so good.
The move out had multiple issues that were not totally resolved. First thing we noticed is a bi-fold door in front hall closet was broken, the manager said it was not the team but since the closet was cleaned and you could not open the door in its broken state I would say it was done after they cleaned. (they paid cost of the door but not installation and customization as door had to be cut to fit the door properly because of stone flooring in front entrance)
It was not suggested to me to do a walk through and as they had done a good job of the 1st house I did not think to check every nook and cranny. They were still cleaning when I arrived so I did a quick check only which turns out was and error and because I did not report the issues until after the stipulated 24 hours I did not get any resolution for the poor job that was done. The website also said a walk through is done by team lead with you to resolve any issues which did not happen. So when I was at the house less than 48 hours after the cleaning I discovered that every cupboard in the kitchen had been missed and the vacuum job on the lower level was poor. I then spent at least 3to 4 hours cleaning what the Neatfreak team missed. I sent pictures of before and after to the company but because it was after 24 hours deadline they told me there was nothing they would do for me.
So my recommendation is you insist on a full walk through and check everything or you will be out of luck getting any resolution to your issues.
I strongly believe now the move in was so good because the previous owners of the house did a thorough cleaning before they moved out.
