★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ARTISTS!! WORST COMPANY & SERVICE EVER! Lady who answers the phone is so rude and has zero customer service skills. They sent out a technician to inspect my 10 year old unit and I was told I had to replace the unit completely for $3,000+ dollars. I called another company to get a second opinion and was told my wires had been switched and that was the reason I was getting heat in the summer and a/c in the winter. Naylor was the only ones to inspect, take apart and do work on my unit. Don't waste your time OR money.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an old employee for 14 years! I can say Naylor has gotten better,... as in safety. When I got an electrical shock, 347V across the chest all my foreman, Andrew, at the time did was correct me on the voltage.... not asking if I was alright or if I needed medical attention.
Also they let appreciates work in live 600V equipment with no protective gear.... and this is a top rated company??
