★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician Ismael is very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He did a comprehensive job and was very patient in explaining how the furnace works and what we need to look out for while he was doing the maintenance work.
We have been a customer since 2012 and had great experience with most of the Enercare HVAC technicians .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service technician called 15 minutes before his earliest scheduled time to confirm his arrival. He arrived right on time and performed his duties on the furnace. He explained each activity before he began. He offered a suggestion on an increased frequency of furnace air filter changes. He vacuumed and cleaned out accumulated dust. He ran the furnace through various on off cycles. He checked out condition of piping and tubing in the furnace room. He checked thermostat setting at the end and removed all his tools when he left. He was very thorough and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David Q. came to fix my hot water heater and he was extremely professional throughout the process. From even before he came, he called in advance to give notice of his arrival. When he got here, he took his time to explain the whole process as he went through it and ensured that not only the parts that he came to install were repaired, but also that other parts were functioning properly before he left. I cannot say enough good things about David's work and overall disposition. He is truly an asset to the Enercare brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Enercare. I have been a customer for more than 3 years with 3 in 1 protection plan and some maintenance plans. My 60 gallon water heater started leaking water at the drain valve. We have to remain awake all through the night to ensure that it did not flood the basement in the event the drainage was not able to handle the gush of water. We had to put a bucket under the leak and when it got filled up, we had to empty it and put another bucket to collect the water. We called round midnight on Sunday April 10th and insisted that Enercare send a technician asap because an appointment was scheduled in the time slot from 5 to 9 pm. A technician did come around 11 am who stated that the water heater need to be replaced. We are happy that a crew of 2 persons came around 2:30 pm and did wonderful and thorough work to install the new 60 gallon water heater.
We appreciated their professional work. They could not help doing slight damage to the door frame because the water heater was a bit larger than the door opening. Our appreciative thanks to the installers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at fixing our furnace. He assessed the issue quickly and installed the parts that were needed, going above and beyond to ensure our safety . He also took the time to explain to us what he needed to do and what might have caused the issue. It wasn't easy to work around the area and he did an amazing job - he was quick and left the area clean and furnace working great! We really appreciate this quick quality service as we had been without heat for a couple of days. Thank you!!

He did an excellent job in a very professional manner.
Very courteous. He worked at a very fast pace to complete the task.
I expected it to be messy but he was able to run the connection to the new light very efficiently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marius K provided excellent service. He was punctual and professional. He did the diagnostic thoroughly and figured out the issues with my furnace. He promptly replaced the defective parts and performed thorough testing to ensure my heating and AC were working well. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and explained to me what was the issue and what did he do to fix it. I give him A++ for his amazing service.

He assessed our water leak, was informative on options and next steps and coordinated a new install and move of the water heater. He was time efficient but did not rush things along. Extremely happy with the professionalism and humanistic approach he had when working with his colleagues as well as his client - me!
