★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped getting hot water recently and called AtlasCare. They were super friendly and dispatched a plumber to check out our problem within a half hour. I want to give a big thank you to Billy Y. He got everything all fixed up and we have had hot water again with no issues!! He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and very honest I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants great service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony from Atlas Care came in and did a complete home inspection. He explained it clearly to us and found a few issues, some we already knew we had. He repaired all of our problems and we decided to install a back up sump pump. He completed the jobs in a very timely and professional manner and left the work sites in a clean condition. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday Jan 2nd 2022, the main drain of our house got clog, and water started to getting back in the basement. We called this company, they answered right away and send the tech Vince in the same day. With professionalism and knowledge he assessed the problem and give us the option how to get it fix. The drain pipes from the outside were broken, and roots from the tree was obstructing the drain (he show us a photo taken with his equipment). We need to change all the pipes, and add an extra drain inside in the furnace room. That was assessed and quoted the same day. We got app. for the following week. The job was perfectly done in 3 days! The workers to came to do the job were very neat, knowledgeable and polite.They cover all the furniture with plastic to protect from the dust, and leave the new drain clean y perfectly done! Excellent job, excellent company, affordable and with very professional workers!! I will recommended 100%. !! The best customer service too!!! Happy customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atlas Care is extremely professional, helpful and fast. Due to the odd circumstances of our repair issues, two different technicians had to visit our house in the space of four hours. They were both excellent. And the phone support is very helpful, personable and on the ball. We would recommend AtlasCare to anyone who has a heating emergency and wants it solved fast and affordably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AtlasCare team was fantastic from start to finish. From coming on a Sunday evening when our furnace went out, to the sales team and installers. Timing was always confirmed and all those that came into our home were knowledgeable and polite. Will definitely use them in the future.

Everyone who was associated with me putting in this new furnace should get a bonus and a raise and a new car and Christmas cards and chocolates forever. Thank you so much for all your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called AtlasCare when our furnace stopped running. Their response team was very quick and committed to have someone come within 4 hours. A technician arrived within an hour. The Technician, Eric, was fantastic. Respectful of our home, our time and was efficient with his service. The pricing was very fair given it was an emergency call. I would definitely recommend AtlasCare and Eric to anyone in need of furnace repair.

Service!! Very fast and seems to b reliable. I found atlas online and they were able to install a new furnace within 24 hrs on a weekend!! Very friendly staff from the initial phone call to the rep coming to take a look. And the guy fellows that came to the house were very professional and clean! Always wearing a mask and eager to explain what they were doing and why! And to my surprise they included a new air filter that was pretty expensive according to the guys installing the unit. I def would suggest atlas to friends and family! And thank you for taking care of us!
