I recently went to buy raw protein and found the best pricing in the city. They also gave me recommendations on which is best to use in smoothies and which is best to have on its own. At their store you'll find many products that aren't found at other nutrition stores in Toronto/GTA. I highly recommend visiting to see if they have what you're looking for.
F	F M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright for a "health foods" store but it's more of a supplement shop. A lot of supplements in comparison food options. There are other health food shops the area which actually carry groceries and move away from the heavy supplemental lifestyles from the early 2000s to a more holistic approach of getting your nutrients from food sources. The past couple of times I've gone here the experience has been okay but awkward. There's a younger female employee who tends to stare and smile quite a bit which makes it uncomfortable. I told my friend who said he experienced the same thing. We're both gay so it just felt uncomfortable.

In the end, he actually advised against what I went there to buy. I left empty handed, but feeling much better. It is clear that his goal is to help his customers, not to push sales for things you don't need. I will be purchasing my supplements here and supporting this family owned business from here on out.
