They came in once already, attempted to fix our toilets but failed, and had to schedule another appointment the following week. They have been totally unwilling to schedule a set time. We have had to leave a key for them to get access to our building because the window of time they gave us was between 8am and 5pm and we can't just take an entire day off of work to let someone in who may end up cancelling anyway. Service was SUPPOSED to be for today, but they had to cancel for some unknown reason and reschedule it to the day after. Forcing your clients to leave keys out multiple days in a row because you keep rescheduling and are unable or unwilling to give a window less than 9 hours is unprofessional at best and a clear indicator that they need to hire more people, or rethink their business practices at best. If it weren't for the fact that we have no choice in going with this company, I would have dropped them in an instant.
d	dawson ogilvy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for an interview for 1:00 pm today. Waited for 15 minutes out in the cold. The door was locked and the buzzer for the door must have been broken. I then called the number that was given to me through the email and it went to voicemail of course. The women that emailed me about the interview is names Elena Yushko, she is the general manager. They run a amateur ship I must say.
M	Mike McEachnie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a mess of our washroom and foot tracks throughout the house, emptied their van into our garbage, and didn't even install the faucet correctly. Then when they returned to fix the terrible job they had previously done, they soaked our rugs and covered everything under our sink in water. They didn't tell us, just left so we had to go into our cupboard to find everything soaking. By far the least professional plumbing company i've ever dealt with, our property management company must have some sort of deal to keep these losers in business.

Prior to entering the interview I was debating walking out because of how run down the building was. Once I was finally asked to come in for an interview it was clear they did not look at my resume and had 0 things to say about their company. This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had and I wish no one waste there time with this company.
A	Analida Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was by chance that I came across a flyer for Nation Heating and Plumbing and gave them a call. I had requested for a boiler cleaning but when Dino arrived at the house, I was given some bad news that the boiler needed to be replaced. Dino was very honest and told me that there was nothing that anyone professional can do to resolve the issues we had. He said "Its better to replace it now then waste more money fixing it." He gave us a quote but it was quite expensive so I needed to consult with the entire family before deciding. He suggested that we put in a combi-heating system to get rid of both hot water tank and boiler for our hot water heating. We did finally went ahead to replace the old appliances and Dino and Paul did a fantastic job. They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and even fixed a few minor leaks from before and did not charge us any extra money. All the paperwork required for rebates were given to me and I must say it made filling out for the rebate quick and easy. I highly recommend Nation to anyone looking for great and honest service.
