★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst mortgage lender you can get. they do not care to work with their clients. they made you sign another year of contract even when you only need 30 days extension and make you pay massive penalties when they got you cornered by threathening you a foreclosure even when you paid them monthly with a good history.
