★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, This rental company will make you sign an inspection report on the car you rent when you pick it up but they wont do an inspection at the time you return it unless you request it. I strongly recommend you Demand it!! Days or a week later when you are long gone they can (and did in my case) claim you caused damage to their vehicle and you will have NO RECOURSE! I 100% deny causing any damage to the vehicle in the one day I had it yet three days later after doing no inspection on the return they informed me there was over $500.00 in damage (scratch on the front lower bumper) and I was responsible. My insurance through my credit card paid them out, but I did not cause this damage. You are completely at their will and who knows what damage could be caused in the parking lot or when their employees are transporting it to where ever they eventually clean it? Your liability is completely at their discretion and can continue long after you return the car. Completely shady dealer. I recommend using Budget Rental instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a vehicle at the airport for a business trip, upon arrival the magnetic strip on my credit card would not work and they refused to rent me the vehicle. My card has not expired and the chip works fine.They would not manually punch in the card number, they would not use the chip card reader, they would not allow me to use my wife's credit card number over the phone. There were no other vehicles available at other locations and locations outside the airport were closed. I was left stranded at the airport and unable to managed my project which started the next day. I have never had this happen with any other rental company and this proved to be very costly for me. I will avoid National Car Rental from now on as I can not depend on them. Hands down one the worst experiences I have ever had with a rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called national car rental for the location in prince George, bc airport and am completely flabbergasted by the cost to rent a car for 4 days for the " guest rate". Over 700.00 dollars CAD after basic daily rate of over $100.00 plus sure charge and taxes. And this is just for a small mid size vehicle. Sooooo disappointed. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the rental through online app, which was very easy and convinent to use. Although i didnt registered myself as a client, National reserved the car for my regardless and Car was ready for me at the airport upon my arrivall.
the best was the service I recieved at the desk, which was very friendly and satisfactory. Despite the fact that National was the only available rental car and a lenghty lineup to rent or pickup the car, the ldy had already all rental apaperworks printed and have them ready by the car key. Quickely input and update everyone information and get your car in less than 3 -5 mins. Which is way better than average in some big cities.
I had a great experince to rent a car from this location and will ttry them next time I will be here.
Highely recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get through them on the phone (need 20min just to be transferred to the local office, only for them to say you can leave your number).
CANT RENT WITH A DEBIT CARD despite their T&C's saying you can (with international debit card, return ticket). They'll leave you stranded
