Used too much high frequency during acne facial which made me breakout worse. As well as acne serum was told to use every day but because it has retinol it should be gradually introduced to skin once a week.

Alina does the BEST lashes I’ve ever had! I always had issues with retention no matter what, and I was about to give up on lash extensions but then I found her!!! She’s quick, very sweet and the prices are fantastic, and I’ve had a set last upwards of 4 weeks!

The booking of this appointment is a complete breeze with the spa REPLYING PROMPTLY TO INQUIRIES. My appointment started by her appropriately assessing my skin type, asked if I had any concerns with my skin, and after listening, took the time to explain, discuss how to address and CUSTOMIZED MY FACIAL FOR THE DAY! She used state of the art machines, equipment / tools for the session. Her every move showed her EXPERTISE & THOROUGHNESS really made my face feel very CLEAN & HYDRATED! The session did not stop at the facial. While I asked her if I need to purchase any products, there was absolutely NO EFFORT IN SELLING ME ANY UNNECESSARY MERCHANDISE. How HONEST is that? She just proceeded to provide very helpful suggestions on how to best care for my skin. BONUS: The spa table has a BUILT-IN MASSAGER that adds a thoughtful component for RELAXATION purposes. The whole experience is a STEAL OF A DEAL and I cannot believe I used to to go to neighboring cities in the past to pamper myself for a facial when we have this BEAUTIFUL GEM IN OUR BACKYARD IN MISSION! Natalina provided me with a very enthusiastic, warm and kind greeting when I arrived. She patiently explained everything she was doing during my Hydrofacial since I had never gotten one before. She was very encouraging, and seemed super passionate about her job. She even recommended me budget friendly products since I am a student. Needless to say, I ended up almost falling asleep and was in a total state of meditation towards the end, that's how relaxed I was! I felt really cared for and pampered. I went for my first ever facial and will definitely be back for more! The service here is amazing and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the process explained to me so I knew what to expect and left feeling like a goddess. Highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about treatment.
