The communication was pleasant and respectful and the team reached out to another business to help with a warranty repair and got the car back on the road without me having to do any of the leg work! I had a bad strut put in elsewhere, and took it to two shops, neither could locate the source of the noise. Harrison's figured it out within minutes, put in a new strut and had the car back to me within a day at a very reasonable cost. Staff were friendly and warm. I'm confident recommending them to friends and family. Especially since I drive older vehicles, I appreciate the affordable pricing and the fact I can trust them. Way better than the big chains - they know their stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm 29 years old and have dealt with a fair amount of shops - but this one might very well be the best I've dealt with! We live in BC and the day before we left had some significant ABS issues (Needed my CV Axle replaced eventually). They met with me on an emergency basis - rolled in - fixed us up to make sure we'd make it back through the mountains safely. I could not more highly recommend this shop! They helped us out significantly - professionally - and quickly. Amazing!
