★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're are affiliated with South simcoe towing. I thought i was signing the tow bill. I apparently was signing the work approval order for the collision shop. They were aware that I wanted it brought to an other shop. They scammed their way in. I called the next morning to have it brought to the shop of my choice. I was told that I signed a legal document and they were doing the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most incompetent place and people that I have ever come across.
4 months to get my car fixed, meanwhile we would call every week, every day and they would say it would be done by the end of the week each time.. and then when we would call again there would just be another excuse from them as to why it wasnt done.
4 months later and now winter and we just got it back. It also came back with no windshield washer fluid and when we went to go put it in, it all just came out the bottom because they left a hole in it. NEVER again will I be going here nor will I EVER be recommending it to a single soul. They did not deserve a dime after the second month it wasn't done. Small claims and the BBB will be getting contacted from us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 months ago I brought my truck here to have the bumper replaced. Didn't hear from any of for two months so I call. They tell me oh we sent your bumper back because we had the wrong phone number and we couldn't get a hold of you. Ok fine order it again. Now again two months gone by I call. Oh it slipped through the cracks and we never ordered the bumper. I've paid these ppl in full and they refuse to give me my money back and say they are ordering the bumper. I will never use these ppl again I recommend if you want your car fixed in the next six months don't bring it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business. This body shop is affiliated with South Simcoe Towing. They are very friendly, until you decide you would rather use the insurance companies recommended body shop. At which point they will do what they can to milk your insurance company for as much storage as possible. They achieve this by avoiding the insurance companies phone calls, and not responding to their voicemails. Their greed equates to grief on the customers side. Long story short there are 2 other body shops within minutes of this one, I would suggest trying one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in an accident back in August of 2017.
My car was at this shop for two months and I was being forced out of the rental I had by my insurance company, and the Collision Shop wouldn't give me a car either.
When I picked up my car the airbag light was still on.
For the past year and a half I have been calling this place and none of my calls are being answered, the guy at the front desk never gets back to me, wouldn't even give me the owner's number, and they won't even call me back to fix the problem!
If you have any choice of where to bring your vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle had an accident last June at Newmarket. The towing truck driver, and the insurance company pushed me to send the car to that place which was the worst , and wrong decision. This body shop gave an estimated repair time 19-20 days. Finally I picked up my vehicle on October which means more than 4 months. After that I discovered that the repair wasn’t done properly, and the vehicle needs extra work, I went back to them, and they done extra repair, and changed some parts.But they couldn’t repair the main issue. Then, I went to my own mechanic, and he repaired this issue in couple of hours, and he discovered that the parts that replaced were used, and aftermarket. However, at the collision Body Shop, they told me all parts are brand new!
I don’t recommend this unprofessional, and non trustable place to anyone, and it shouldn’t be recommended by insurance companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting into a car accident has been extremely stressful but if you want a painless experience don't hesitate to bring your car here. The guys at the Collision shop were great; on my side every step of the way, they even went above and beyond to fix up a previous minor scratches that weren’t included in my insurance repair. When I picked up my care they had it polished so nicely and even detailed the inside of it for me, honestly it looks fantastic. They're a business that encompasses the word 'integrity. I would highly recommend this business without hesitation, A+++ customer service! I can't thank you enough for such an amazing job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was negative stars!!
Took my vehicle there nearly 1 month ago to the day. The dude took photos and said the appraisal would be sent to the insurance company. A week later the insurance company contacted me to say they approved the estimate but made several attempts to reach the shop. No answer and no returned calls.
I finally spoke to the shop and they had excuses, and said they received no calls.
It is now a month and I have received ZERO calls from Collision Shop. I have informed my insurance that I will go elsewhere for my repairs.
How some people stay in business is beyond my understanding!!!
