★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying a used "certified" truck, these guys helped to diagnose all the issues that the dealer never fixed for certification. Then after forcing the dealer to fix these flaws I took the truck back to drive true so the guys went over the truck and ensure it was safe for the 20hr drive i'm doing for work. They have helped my mom with all her car issues, they helped me when my old car was falling apart, and they helped me deal with a fake certification. If you need anything these guys are who I would trust and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here was my first experience with Drive True. I messaged for an appointment which I was given right away! It was in a reasonable amount of time that they had space to take me in! They helped me find a solution that worked for me in terms of being able to get a drive there and back as they scheduled me right after my moms car would be coming out. I appreciated that. When we arrived we were greeted by Derek with a smile and a welcome! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was good in my opinion! Loved the customer service they aim to provide! What I loved more was learning about this company and how devoted they are to our community and that they're recommended by our Board of Trade and have won awards 10 years consecutively!!! That is what made me go in the first place and I was definitely satisfied with both the staff, service, and timelines!!! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable, honest and professional staff. I took my wrangler to them for steering wobble issue and they found out the issue very quick and advise me of the next steps. They waived the initial fee as well. Highly recommend them.

He was proactive and transparent in providing me information about the state of my vehicle, provided great advice (which didn't benefit himself), and charged a good price. No other shop in town had availability for a couple of weeks - Tom got me in, did the repair on my Ram 1500 within a couple days (during busy season) Didn't over charge and did an excellent job
Highly recommend checking them out and will be back , glad I found Drive True Automotive
