Pretty transparent and helpful with all our questions... especially considering I'm pretty dumb about vehicles! Alex was a tremendous ambassador for the company and made sure we got a comprehensive list of urgent vs. postponable repairs. Awesome service! Would recommend!

I used this place once last year and had a frustrating experience. I decided to give them a second chance recently with a car problem because they're so close to where I live. When I brought my car in to have it looked at, the guy at the counter said I my name wasn't written down and they didn't have time to look at my car. He said he didn't know who I spoke to on the phone, but they didn't write my info down so there was nothing he could do for me. No offer to fit me in later or even the next day. That was just the end of the conversation. Last year when I brought my car in, there was one unknown problem (dashboard lights came on) and one known problem. I tried to tell them about the problem I knew about (and knew what the issue was), but the owner (who I was talking to) cut me off and said they'd figure that would when they were inspecting it for the unknown problem. They said they thought the light meant it could be one thing, but they weren't sure and it would be very expensive to fully check and fix. The known problem (an oil leak) was not found. So I had to tell him about it when he'd finally listen to me and they had to take several more hours to get it back on the lift to do a simple fix on the oil tank to replace a cracked washer. They missed all of their time estimates by several hours - constantly lying to me about when they would get to my car and what time to expect things. I didn't care about how long it took, I cared about the fact that I showed up when they told me to check in again and they hadn't even started. Why am I coming back to the shop when you told me to if you haven't even started? Then again this time, I brought my car in when I was told to only to be turned away. This place overcharged me on my first visit for the amount of work they did, were disrespectful, lied about how times, and then this time just blew me off when I tried to use them again. I'm never coming back again.

These guys are always friendly, will try their best to get you in, and I’ve always felt comfortable with what they charge. I’ve come in with different vehicles (and so have other family members) and they’ve always done a good job. I once brought an older vehicle in for repairs and they were able to catch a much bigger safety problem with it before they started any work, which saved me probably quite a bit of money in the end. They’re thorough and honest and I really appreciate having a place I feel I can recommend to anyone.

When I came to the shop immediately I was assisted by Alex then Tom Senior came out to check on my jeep. Both were amazing so I left and came back to find Tom Jr was already taking care of my issue. They even dropped me off. Next day I was ready to drive out. All the mechanics were friendly and courteous. Excellent work to all!!!?

Very professional, no BS, no charges that my auto-savvy friends didn't see as *essential*. They fixed the problem for far less, and in 2 days without any advance notice, for cheaper than my friend could. Huge props to the front-counter fellow, he is funny, quick and definitely not a slack.

Amazing place that is both honest and efficient. They told me that my requested work on the back brakes was not justifiable. The front brakes work like new now. Highly recommended!

Trevor and Alex were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They did a full inspection of my Subaru and did not pressure me to do any repairs that were not immediately necessary. Trevor even fixed my bulb/signal issue right there on the spot, free of charge. Awesome service, will come back again!
