★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a brake caliper, took it home and when I went to install it, I found the (newly refurbished) port to which the brake line connects to,,,,damaged. No way would it have held brake line fluid pressure. Of course, I did not inspect this port at the NAPA store because it is fitted with a temporary plastic protective cap. Whoever prepped this at NAPA's refurbisher & popped the protective plastic cap was totally negligent. I question NAPA's quality assurance. I went online to their website & didn't find any info on their QA.
Wayne at pine ridge automotive is the best! He has rescued me on a couple of occasions when I had issues. Ask for Wayne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The big tall older guy named Brian just tried to rip me off. I asked for trade cost and he tried to lie and sell me it for full price. When I called him out on it, he got mad and started breathing heavily. Good try ripping me off. I will keep my business with Bowmanville Napa where the guys are friendly, and try to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, why you would get auto parts anywhere else is beyond me... The staff are super knowledgeable & friendly, the prices are on point and I always get the correct part!... But the thing that really stands out is that they always mention the little incidentals that I would typically forget... This has saved my bacon on a few occasions! Thanx guys!

Ordering online for pickup is a breeze.
Good selection, and great prices generally. They have or can get almost everything you need for anything from bodywork to parts to general maintenance. The website is AWESOME.
NAPA's "Proformer" (cheaper end) chassis parts all have a 5-year 100,000 KM warranty. No experience with USING the warranty through NAPA, but I doubt there'd be issues based on other experiences.
Definitely my first choice, then RockAuto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered headlight bulb online. When I went to pick it up, they tried to palm off an open item that costs 50% less. I refused to accept it and asked for the bubble packed item. I was told it would cost extra and to come pick it up the next day. The next day, there was a different person at the counter and it did NOT cost extra. Do be careful when shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two 5L jugs of oil online, confirmed to be picked up within 24-48 hours. Store then contacted me and said I had to buy three 5L jugs if I wanted them, and can't just buy two. Responded I only need two which is what I have a order / receipt for. Never heard back from them. Don't waste your time just go to Canadian Tire or Amazon.
EDIT: Send email as asked below, no solution was provided. Stand by original review to not waste your time and go somewhere else.
