Ordered jack stands online and didn't realize they don't give you CAA 10% discount on sale items. When you place the order there is a section to fill out the CAA member number to get the discount and asks you to show your CAA card when you pick up to get the CAA discount. When I picked up the item I got attitude from the store clerk about how there is not such a thing as getting a CAA discount on sale items which I had no idea about since there is no mention of this. Instead of just simply explaining the store policies why the attitude I guess I will be smart next time and give my business elsewhere.

I've gotten multiple parts here over the years and I've never had issues. Staff always knows exactly what I'm talking about - it's a quick and easy visit. Don't think I've ever spent more than 15min here.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I stood on the line for over 25 minutes, While two employees were giggling and debating over paper. Not one of them seem to care over 600$ worth parts waiting. Finally, A bald gentlemen with long face approached and cash me out. Then he throw my receipt to the ground. No apologies. He's response was, "You gotta catch it man" PERFECT EXCUSE, Only to blame it on "CORONA"

Had an excellent experience here with Adam. I called probably 5 times as my needs grew while researching the work I needed to do on my car. Always polite and items that needed to be shipped arrived the next day! Call early as if they need to order something they send their orders in at 3 or 3:30. Just check to make sure. They beat Canadian Tire’s time for order completion even though all the items there were in stock. I would say, it’s best to find out everything you need for your job before you start ordering. I was probably a pain in the you know what and it won’t happen again. Sorry Adam and thanks for dealing with me again and again and again yesterday. ?

Usually I have great service with this location, 9 times out of 10 have the parts in the warehouse for same day pick up. However, today, I wanted to place an order for an exhaust manifold gasket and was told to pay up front prior to ordering. No problem. Until I was told I had to come in to provide the credit card in person. I work 8-5 monday to friday. When do you folks expect that to happen? Will not take my credit card over the phone, why, because fraud, that's why. So, I placed the order online with Ideal Supply. it is on its way and I pay when I pick up. Boxwood has lost my business for good for treating me like a criminal.

The Legend batteries are no good, the price for parts here are dealership prices for aftermarket stuff. This place is a huge rip off . Let them go out of business
