I am a new client and my first experience was a very positive one ..it started with making an appointment with a very friendly & knowledgeable receptionist.I was able to receive treatment in a very timely manner . The atmosphere in the office was very welcoming & calming. The Dr.who did my procedure was very attentive to my issues & took her time in examining & explaining the procedure . A few months ago, I decided it was time to have my hearing checked, as my wife was concerned that I wasn't hearing very well. Shelagh did my testing and determined that I have mild to moderate hearing loss. From there she had me try a number of different hearing aids over a one week period each. There was never any pressure to buy or make a decision. Last week I made the choice to purchase my new Unitron hearing aids! I love them, as does my family! The Nanaimo Hearing Clinic office is very conveniently located and the staff, including the receptionist are all very professional, friendly and helpful. They all made my experience a positive one.
