Now my 2 daughters are clients of theirs and they have never had any problems with their nails or pedicures…we call and they try to fit us in . I would recommend this business to everyone!

The shape is great, they aren’t too thick, or thin. She did the exact design I wanted. It was fairly priced. I highly recommend! I look forward to becoming a regular

They are very busy, but have many talented staff. I had changed my mind on colour at least once and the lady assisting me was so helpful and patient. Very friendly owners!

They were super busy but I didnt have to wait long .The one woman came over and started putting my tips on and asked the shape I wanted, but unfortunately she seemed very rushed. The last salon I had gone to for a new set ripped my nails off after I specified I would like them soaked off, so I paid for the removal and left. The woman at nails time was hinting I had ripped them off because she was sabding them roughly and they hurt (from being thin) I explained what had happened at the previous salon. The application of the acrylic was messy and when I asked her to give me a apex as my nail was really flat she made me feel uncomfortable and she seemed mad she had to fix her mistake. I expressed this was the fastest application I've ever had and I wasnt in a hurry. She muttered something in a different language and told me that she was having someone else do my nails. The guy that took over was amazing and took the time to shape my nails and made me feel like I wasnt such a burden. After going home I proceeded to pick dried acrylic off my fingers and all around my cuticles from her horrible application. Thanks to him I love my nails, but unfortunately will never be going back there.

I was a fairly regular customer(every 3-4 weeks) for several months and in that time I was happy with my nails for the most part. However, I felt like I was being a bother if I brought a photo with something I would like or nail art even though when I phoned in I specifically said with nail art so they would know to expect me a to take a little longer than usual. I was willing to overlook that and ask for minimal designs or simply sparkles on an accent nail instead. My streak ended when I got my nails done by what I assume to be an inexperienced tech. She clipped my nails much shorter than I wanted, didnt ask what shape I wanted them, and ground them down so much that in the following weeks they almost all broke or tore painfully and I usually have quite strong nails(typically get shellac on my natural nails and get asked if they're my real nails). The polish also had started chipping two days after the manicure and I know I could have called to get that fixed but honestly I could tell how paper thin my nails felt and I was worried to go back. I got them done once there after this ordeal and he could tell the job was not done well and he took care and told me I should have come back. After that time though I realized my nails needed time to heal and went without for several weeks before looking for a new place. I'm still torn because I had many a decent/good manicure from here but that one bad experience was enough to make me think twice about going back.

Lee is truly a genius at what she does and is very fast. My nails always attract so much attention and I am always so happy and thankful for them. I can bring in pictures or ask Lee to surprise me with something fun, she puts so much into the detail and making sure I leave happy.
