★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in waited a normal time Maybe 30-40 minutes for my scheduled appointment showed up on time and still needed to wait about an hour .showed them my design and was priced 150$ plus tax for a simple simple design I've never been priced that much for a set of nails in penticton for something so simple and then I was told they wouldn't have time for my design when I made an appointment there for shouldn't matter how long it takes when I have an appointment booked ! And adding on to this I just got a call from the lady at the store a day later and she starts being verry rude telling me to delete this review.

Had a pedicure without any dry skin removal, massage was only ok. Manicure was ok to, no massage at all. People are very friendly and treat you well. Could be cleaner too. (maybe I just to picky) All in one: It's okay.

I have been going here for 4 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. No matter what creation I come up with, Lily is always up to try and pulls off incredible designs and art. If you are looking for a family owned and operated salon that also leaves you with fun nails, this is the place for you!
