★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a gel nail set from Cute nails, and would not recommend. I have gone there a couple times, and not been happy with the result, so will stop supporting them. First, when I book an appointment I typically have to wait 15-20 min to be seen. One time they took 35 minutes so I just left the salon. Second, when you are finally helped the customer service is very poor. Owner is half watching TV, or on his phone talking to someone, while doing my nails. I haven't gone there and NOT come out without them causing me to bleed on one or more of my cuticals, and then they cover the cut up with glue. This is the first time I've looked up reviews, and I'm obviously not the only one that feels this way, so will try another nail company in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and 4 members of my wedding party for our nails done here. Very poor customer service. One of my brides maid left with several bleeding cuticles. One of the nail techs started to clean HIS OWN nails in the middle of doing my maid of honours nails.
very poor hygiene standards.
week and a half later and my nails are peeling (which i’ve never had with gel) and falling off.
Way to over priced, I can get a full set in vancouver for $40 with way better standards.
Don’t go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my mom and had a really bad experience. The boss there was aggressive and would get mad if I corrected him. All my acrylics were uneven and some chunkier than others. My mom got a pedicure and the lady forgot to do the whole underneath of the foot which was disappointing as it was the most expensive pedicure I’ve ever paid for! Don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was happy to get an appointment for July 1st, but was almost disappointed how quickly she done everything. Not a good job, no massage and dead skin removed. Won't go back and not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an appointment. He squeezed me in for the time I wanted. He was quick and did the exact shape and natural acrylic look I wanted. Happy customer..!! Thanks Cute Nails ? I went to a different salon before down town and my nails didn't even last a day, kept breaking off. These ones are strong and I am happy to look at them with no flaws made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a fill, discovered I had fungus on two of my nails,so he removed all my nails and gave me a new full set all for the cost of a fill. But he left little chunks on the underside of nails, and I feel they point up slightly. Dont think I'll be back..
