★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the tables had been cleaned was in restaurant for 40 minutes and as people left no one was cleaning. This was the same on my last visit 3 weeks ago , before that someone was always cleaning ! Maybe new management or short of staff don't know but hope it changes as I won't be returning for some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always will be my all time fast-food joint, some might disagree. Been one of my favorites since I was a kid, staff is quite helpful to a degree since they're always on the move, but a bit crowded of late not trying to discredit them. But some guidelines need to be redone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a bad experience here. Only once did my order get messed up.. but they made it right. Staff always seem to be laid back and easy to deal with. Thanks for being awesome Penticton, McDonald's. I appreciate you.
PS: they make my custom iced coffee exactly right every time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shrinkflation is real. I laughed when I saw how tiny my muffin was. I did not laugh when I turned it over to realize that half the bottom of the muffin was missing. They rectified that quickly, but seriously... These are so tiny now!
