★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a 10 pcs chicken only from penticton store. Was so greasy wrapped it in paper towel squeezed the grease out out and put in air fryer to get the rest of the grease out. Never go back. Cost 30 bucks for grease

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly service with a smile. Order came with chicken strips and fries, popcorn chicken and gravy and an iced tea. The strips were quite salty. The fries fabulous as well as the rest of the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to kfc for the best chicken in town and I did got what I wanted. It was hot and fresh. But the customer service was awful. A guy called Chintan took my order and was really rude and aggressive. He was on his phone texting someone I presume. He seemed upset and I think he was having a bad day. But, when I saw other reviews about the same person I am thinking differently now. Management please look into it. Thanks for the chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a little hesitant to get food here because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
The cashier was very polite and personable. The service was quick and the food was good. Nothing to write home about but no fast food is.
It was the first time I had crispy fries at KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken pieces, fries and coleslaw were good. The serving box was placed in a bag, but there was no fork or napkins. O had to ask. The worst part was that the tables were dirty, as was the floor. I mentioned that to my server. And she did come to clean the dirty tables and she swept the floors. She was not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to KFC after a 10 hour day being physically exhausted, starving and just needing to put my feet up, much the same as fast food staff feel every day. When I got to KFC the service at drive-through was excellent, I thought well here's another hard working person that just does their job...when I got to the window the server asked her callleague if extra lettuce was on the burger- she said "yep" with a cheery tone. I took my food she was exceptionally kind and professional. When I got my food the lettuce was not only bad being brown and slimy, it was also saturated mayonnaise and obviously was sitting for quite some time the food was cold the bun was greasy and had very odd texture to it thank God I didn't eat any of it any of it and I took it back they kindly gave back my money but the whole experience was just odd these people do not want to work here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the last day of my road trip to Penticton/Kelowna with a some friends, we were hungry for some fast food and decided to go to KFC. It was quite overwhelming to look through the menu board, but I ended up ordering their Twister Wrap Combo. I expected there to be two tendies as shown on their menu display, so imagine the heartbreak when I found only one in the wrap. I’ve never felt more disappointed and betrayed ? At least I had their fries and some MUG root beer that came with the combo to wash down the regret and continue my day with.
