B	Bruce Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed new windows for the owners on October 19, 2021 and over 5 monthly later, we have still not been paid despite numerous requests and phone calls. It seems, that the owners of Wendy's in Penticton disregard the trades who help him if he can get away with it. For the sake of the working man, please stay away from Wendy's in Penticton.
R	Robin Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...sorry to say but their spicy chicken was not even close to spicy, just about bland I would say. And there's nothing else on it, no sauce was that lettuce? Sad realy..oh well won't buy that again.
T	Todd Lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Penticton for 20 plus years and have always had a positive experience at the Wendy's restaurant until recently. I have been through the drive through a few times to get my kids (one 5 and the other 2) a meal. My oldest likes the hamburger kids meal but will not eat the fries unless she has chicken nuggets, so my youngest gets the fries and I order 10 chicken nuggets to split between the 2 (Kids 4pc chicken nugget meal is $5 and 10pc on its own is $5). When I split the nuggets I noticed I don't get 10pcs but 9, after bringing it to there attention they gave me 10. Today I went through and ordered the same for my kids and ended up getting 8pcs. If your not going to give what is advertised, don't market it and skimp on the quantity to make a buck. I don't think I'm going to support a business that is too cheap to make good on it promises of quality service.

g	graham white on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at a time where there was no one in the drive thru, one Skip The Dishes and one person ordering a Frostee. I had ordered ahead using the app, but there was a lot of confusion with the order and in the end I ended up taking off the onions that had been left on. I wasn't planning on leaving a review because that kind of thing is par for the course, but in addition to poor organization, there must have been issues with the food handling as it was the only thing I had that day before a long road trip so I can't attribute anything else to the food poisoning symptoms 6 hours later. Wendy's is my favorite burger, but this experience was a big disappointment.
D	Donnie Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the breakfast today it was awful. The bacon was so thin and overcooked I thought I was biting into egg shells. And the sausage was spicy.. I don't mind spice normally. But at 9am when your not expecting it, it's very off-putting. They really should advertise that the sausage patties are spicy. At least warn people.

The food was on point, all hot and fresh and the strawberry lemonade is always delicious, tonight was no different. Ordering on the app was a breeze as well, and had a nice little bonus offer too!

The Drive thru was a bit slow but the salad was actually great. They had more chicken in it then the Denny's one which was twice the price. Great job Wendy's on a healthy option that was great
