★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For flavor and quality, this is your place to eat! I frequent this restaurant because the food and atmosphere are very consistent. You cannot go wrong dining at this establishment. A vast menu boasts delicious Starters, Finger Foods, Salads, Burgers, Pasta, the Best Pizza, Ribs, Chicken, Beef and Seafood.Vegan and gluten free friendly as well. Large beverage list and the desserts are divine! The Servers are on point. This establishment is clean and inviting. Many large screen TVs to watch your favorite sports game. Large dining capacity, including an outside patio. I highly recommend dining here. Open late for your convenience. Note: Just returned for a birthday dinner and this fine establishment presented me with dessert of my choice 'on the house'. I chose the Brownie Explosion...and Yep, they provided two spoons so we could each enjoy the dessert. Way to go Boston Pizza! Thumbs up for Kristi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been quite a few years since I last visited, food is still as great as ever and seems like it hasn't been hit with the inflation rate yet. Food is still in large amounts, and quite filling still worth it all these years later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 pizza for delivery and in past years I have found Boston Pizza’s pizzas to be very good.
Unfortunately this was not the case in my last experience. Not very fresh tasting and under baked. Will not be ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys don't know how to make pizza anymore. Dough is not proofed. Sauce is always light. Ask for well done. Never is well done. Take some pride. Used to be the best pizza in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were understaffed and whatever staff was present made us feel unwelcome. They took order with least interest and despite us calling and confirming over phone 2 hours in advance, they made our group of 10 people sit separately. We sat on 2 diff tables. We wanted to storm off but were too hungry by then lol. So we sat and ate. The drinks were okay, and on one table the food was fine, but on the other the pizza came super cold. I could have made them change it but despite their behavior I thought not to burdern them as they were understaffed. Writing this review to let the owners/staff know, even if you are having a bad day, it is no excuse to behave like that. Oh and I forgot, they let a white couple walk in while we were patiently waiting for our turn. The woman was rude to them and said she won't wait, the fact that they still chose to serve her first makes me think, were we treated differently because we are brown. Anyways I just give them the benefit of doubt on this one. You guys can certainly do better. Please choose your staff more wisely and train them often on personnel skills especially cross cultural skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order pick up. Got RAW, quarter filled container of cactus cuts. When I called to tell them they said i can drive back or wait for someone to call me within the next 2 days. I said I would wait because I have 2 small children I would have to pack up again. Well it's been 2 weeks. I even took pictures of the mess. The front guy working even asked me for a tip and Which I did leave a tip but also didnt ask the man infront if me for a tip. Very disappointing. What a joke. Still to date haven't heard anything from them to fix their issue.
