★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first of all I live at this location, and I have to say it's a very social and community centred living space. Staff are very friendly and there is regular building events like rooftop barbecues and Christmas events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't even deserve 1star. They tout themselves as a community player helping those in transition to community housing. After management actively harassing tenents buy falsified tenancy violations. Using the landlord and tenant tribunal as their person shame factory. To theft of outgoing tenents items by locking them out. The Board of Directors need to have a hard look at current management and make the connection on where the problems originate.
